Canadian Experience Class

This category of permanent residence is for temporary foreign workers and students who are legally working or studying in Canada. This category of permanent residence is for applicants who have already studied and /or worked in Canada and have got the basic idea of settlement in Canada and its lifestyle. They are already in the process of establishing themselves in Canada

For Canadian experience class there are different eligibility criteria’s for students and foreign workers. Some of the basic requirements are mentioned below.

1. International Graduates with Canadian Work Experience
   All applicants who wish to apply to Permanent residence under this category must meet the following minimum requirements.
   
• Successfully completed a program of study of at least two academic years at a Canadian post-secondary educational institution;
• Obtained at least one year of skilled, professional or technical work experience within 24 months of the application date; and
• Moderate or basic language skills, depending on the skill level of their occupation.
  
  
2. Temporary Foreign Workers
   All applicants who wish to apply to Permanent residence under this category must meet the following minimum requirements.


• Obtained at least two years of skilled, professional or technical work experience within 3 years of the application date; and
• Moderate or basic language skills, depending on the skill level of their occupation.
